Arabica coffee is coffee that tastes traditionally considered the most delicious by coffee lovers. Arabica coffee beans have a characteristic cir seed size smaller than robusta coffee beans, a lower caffeine content, flavor and aroma are more delicious and the price is more expensive.
Arabica coffee first described by Linnaeus in 1753. The best varieties known is typica and bourbon and from diverse strains of this type have been developed.

Habitus: shrubs, height 2-3 meters
Stem: erect, rounded, branching monopodial, rough surface.

Interest: Compound, an umbrella shape, tapering petals, five strands, 3 mm long, green, stalk stamen attaches.
Fruit: stone, ovoid, 0.5-1 cm diameter, green when young dark red.
